We are looking for a Visa Filing–Typist to join our operations team and ensure smooth and accurate visa documentation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type and prepare visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.
- Review client-provided information and ensure completeness of documentation.
- File visa applications through online portals and physical submissions, as per embassy/consulate requirements.
- Maintain and update records of filed applications and track their status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional documents.
- Ensure adherence to embassy guidelines, timelines, and data accuracy.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in visa filing, documentation, or typing roles .
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy (knowledge of online forms/portals preferred).
- Familiarity with embassy/consulate visa requirements will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, internet browsing).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
