Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Specialist focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads. The specialist will manage, optimize, and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms, continuously analyzing data to ensure performance improvements. The responsibilities include creating campaign strategies, testing ad performance, refining ad creatives, conducting market analysis, and preparing detailed performance reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand reach and achieve KPIs will also be key to the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills, Performance Management, and Data Analysis capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in Performance Testing and campaign optimization
• Proficiency with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing or paid advertising is a strong advantage
