LabelBlind® Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading AI-powered food regulatory labelling technology company, is looking for a Seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist (Consultation) to drive high-quality lead generation and demand creation for our growing SaaS business. We are seeking a specialist who has successfully built and managed LinkedIn-led B2B lead generation campaigns and understands how to convert digital engagement into qualified sales opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
This is not a beginner or execution-only role.
We are looking for a high-calibre professional who can independently develop strategy, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and build a scalable lead generation engine.
Only candidates with a demonstrated track record of generating measurable business outcomes through digital campaigns should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
- Build a predictable pipeline of qualified enquiries in domestic and select international markets
- Develop audience targeting strategies.
- Manage campaign performance
- Integrate LinkedIn efforts with Google, Meta, email marketing, webinars, and content campaigns.
- Guide brand positioning and messaging
- Work closely with Founders and Marketing to align marketing outcomes with revenue goals.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 5–7+ years of proven performance marketing experience
✔ Demonstrated success in LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation campaigns
✔ Strong understanding of SaaS, Enterprise Software, Technology, or Compliance-related businesses
✔ Experience targeting senior decision-makers and enterprise accounts
✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
✔ Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows
