IT Executive : Hotel Full Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and supporting hotel IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, PMS, and guest-facing technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Maintain hotel PMS, POS, billing, and reservation systems
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
• Monitor system security, backups, and software updates
• Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Experience with hotel PMS (IDS, Opera, etc.) preferred
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–5 years experience in IT support, preferably in hotels

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
