IT Support Engineer

Experience (5+ years)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience managing and supporting Active Directory environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong expertise in Active Directory administration and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory, including user account creation, modification, deletion, group management, and organizational units (OUs).
• Handle user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning activities.
• Manage password resets, account lockouts, security groups, and permissions.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT asset inventory and maintain support documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and vendors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

· Remoting Tools like Ninja

· Patching Software’s like Ivanti

· Microsoft Intune autopiloting

· End user machine troubleshooting

· Virtualization platforms like Nutanix, VM Ware, Bastion VM’s etc

· Knowledge in VPN and Firewall workings

· Knowledge in Endpoints and Antivirus

· Creating application packages in MS Company Portal

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
• Exposure to Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and hybrid environments.
