Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consolidate forecasts for India into a unified demand plan.
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Engineering to capture pipeline visibility and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Product and Engineering for ETO release and Sales Order Creation
- Lead mega project reviews with key stakeholders
- Translate project-level demand into executable plans for production and procurement.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/planning systems
- Track key metrics — forecast accuracy, bias, adherence, and demand visibility.
- Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material and capacity alignment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support automation in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP within manufacturing or OEM setups.
- Experience in export-oriented or global supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Power BI;
