Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Operator based in Nagpur. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing equipment and machinery operations, ensuring quality control during manufacturing processes, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires active participation in daily plant operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and Quality Control practices
• Experience in Machine Operation and Maintenance
• Familiarity with Forklift Operation and safe material handling practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety procedures
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification is a plus.
