Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a GMO Back Office Primary Markets professional. You will be responsible for managing and executing back office operations, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves coordinating with financial and sales departments to optimize processes and achieve overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back Office Operations and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Basic understanding of Finance principles and processes relevant to the role.
• Experience in Sales operations and cross-functional coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
