Hotel waiter Full Time

We seek a cheerful and experienced Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional service and create delightful dining experiences for guests at our beautiful Ekaant Villa. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality, engaging with guests, expertly guiding them through our menu, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests, guide them to their tables, and present menus.
• Engage in friendly conversation, building rapport with guests.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
• Answer guest questions and confidently make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly communicate them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests with efficiency and a smile.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
• Handle billing and payments with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a food and beverage service role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuinely cheerful, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Flexibility with work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
