Source and develop fabrics based on requirements
Coordinate with mills and suppliers for sampling, pricing, and bulk production
Ensure fabric quality meets required standards and specifications
Manage fabric orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability for production
Negotiate pricing and maintain cost efficiency
Work closely with merchandising, design, and production teams
Monitor fabric testing, approvals, and compliance requirements
Maintain records of fabric inventory, consumption, and supplier details
Resolve fabric-related issues such as delays, quality problems, or shortages
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology / related field
3–4 years of relevant experience in fabric sourcing or textile industry
