Business Development Executive (BDE) We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging multiple outreach channels such as email, LinkedIn, and telecalling to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate lead data and tracking conversions using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and telecalling.
- Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and update lead databases, spreadsheets, and trackers with accurate and timely information.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
- Track, analyze, and report lead conversion metrics to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Location: Noida Sector-62
- Working Days: 6 days (5 days Work From Office)
