We’re currently hiring across multiple positions and are looking for a skilled Human Resource & Team Manager to help build and support our people, culture, and day-to-day team operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, creating structure within teams, and helping build a healthy, high-performing workplace. You’ll play a central role in managing HR processes while also supporting team coordination and office management as the company grows.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone ready to grow into a leadership role within the company.
Role Overview
The HR & Team Manager will be responsible for leading people operations for the Bhubaneswar office — including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, policy implementation, and overall team well-being.
Along with HR responsibilities, the role will also involve light team management and coordination — helping teams stay aligned, supporting internal communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration across departments.
You’ll work closely with the founders and team leads to create a positive work environment, support hiring and retention, and ensure employees feel supported throughout their journey with the company.
This position is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruitment, office administration, or team coordination, and who is looking to take on more ownership and leadership.
