US IT Recruiter – Night Shifts Full Time

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible full cycle of recruitment, for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on direct IT/Non-IT client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. (US Time zone)
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in US Staffing.
• Good understanding of IT/ Non-IT and US staffing industry.
• Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
• Should be having hands-on experience on working with direct clients.
