Responsibilities — What You’ll Do

• Manage professional communication (emails, client updates, and reports)
• Assist in scheduling, planning, and coordinating tasks or meetings
• Conduct online research and maintain data using spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Support customer service, marketing, or operations teams (based on project)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle basic administrative and creative tasks as required

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi (spoken & written) — Mandatory
• Basic English communication — Preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
• Ability to work full-time from home with discipline
• Freshers are welcome (prior experience is a plus)
