Senior Manager – Branding & Events

Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager – Branding & Events will report to the CHRO and will be responsible for driving brand positioning and managing end-to-end execution of branding initiatives and corporate events for AISATS. The role will work closely with Corporate Communications to enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business growth through strategic brand and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding

• Manage and maintain AISATS’ brand identity across all touchpoints including uniforms, GSE, facilities, marketing collateral, and digital platform
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines through regular audits and control mechanism
• Support the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with business objective
• Plan and execute branding and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and position in
• Monitor brand performance through defined KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and customer experience
• Manage branding budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all departments.

2. Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events including facility launches, customer engagement initiatives, employee events, airport campaigns, and industry conferences
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (event agencies, PR agencies, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Ensure all events reflect AISATS brand standards and deliver high-quality stakeholder experience
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
• Oversee event logistics, setup, execution, and post-event activities

3. Corporate Communication (Support Role)

• Support Corporate Communications in development of communication materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist in CEO messaging, internal communications, and brand-led communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with PR agencies for media interactions, press events, and brand promotions
• Support crisis communication and media engagement activities as required.

4. Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as a central point of coordination for branding and event-related activities across departments and JVs
• Lead or support cross-functional projects including new services and business initiatives
• Develop project charters, timelines, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Drive alignment between branding initiatives and business priorities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related Qualifications.
• Aviation certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Experience Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in branding, marketing, and event management
• Experience in handling corporate events and integrated branding cam
• Exposure to PR/media coordination will be an advantage
• Proven track record of executing successful branding initiatives
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or service industry preferred
