E-commerce Marketing Executive – Operations Full Time

Themobiadz is a fast-growing ecommerce marketing and operations company helping global brands scale through performance marketing, influencer operations, AI-powered social media workflows, and ecommerce growth strategies.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage client operations, digital campaigns, content coordination, and AI-driven social media workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Onboard and manage global ecommerce clients efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate between sales and operations teams for smooth client delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Work with influencer marketing and AI-powered social media tools.

•⁠ ⁠Handle and manage Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram channels.

•⁠ ⁠Support WordPress backend operations and website content updates.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in content strategy and website coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare client reports, campaign summaries, and performance insights.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain communication with clients regarding campaign progress and deliverables.

Required Skills</p>

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce operations.

• Hands-on experience with:

o Google Ads

o Meta Ads Manager

o WordPress backend management

o Social media management tools

o AI tools for content/social media workflows

• Basic understanding of ecommerce and performance marketing.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Strong reporting and operational coordination abilities.

• Experience working with international clients.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows.

• Understanding of content strategy and social media growth.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, automation tools, or AI marketing platforms is a plus
