Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head of Technology Operations at PlayboxTV. The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s technology platforms, ensuring efficiency and seamless functionality. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, overseeing project deliverables, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing and improving the technology platforms supporting the company’s integrated entertainment solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Information Technology
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated capability in Team Management, fostering collaboration and performance
• Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficiency with entertainment streaming technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
