Job Description:
We are looking for passionate fresh graduates or individuals with a keen eye for detail and basic software testing knowledge to join our team as Testers / QA Trainees.
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in software quality assurance, working alongside experienced testers and developers in a collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply software testing principles, tools, and methodologies
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality
Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance testing skills
Document test results and maintain clear records of testing activities
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
Any degree qualification related to Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Exposure to Selenium for automation and Postman
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Freshers are welcome to apply

After completing your training, we will evaluate your performance and assign you to a full-fledged Quality Assurance role, ensuring you gain experience across different testing areas — including functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
