Role Description The Area Sales Executive (Railways & Institutions) is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for railway accounts and institutional clients by developing and managing relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include visiting client locations, presenting product offerings, negotiating rates and contracts, and ensuring timely order booking and delivery coordination with internal teams. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve service levels. The Area Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, support credit control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or dairy, with exposure to institutional or railway accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with professional conduct in client interactions.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet targets under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including railway and institutional locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the dairy or food sector, and understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, is preferred.
