Bliss Sierra Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and skilled IT Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

We are a technology-focused company delivering modern web and software solutions for businesses and startups. Our services include responsive website development, custom software applications, front-end engineering, UI/UX-driven design, scalable digital platforms, system design, and digital product solutions.

Role Responsibilities
The IT Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our software and web development services, improving brand visibility, and generating qualified leads in the technology market.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
✅ Generating leads for web, software, and digital product services
✅ Managing social media presence and brand communication
✅ Creating marketing content such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, case studies, and product briefs
✅ Coordinating with technical, sales, and delivery teams to understand services and position them effectively
✅ Supporting website content updates and digital promotions
✅ Conducting market research and competitor analysis
✅ Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools
✅ Supporting events, webinars, and client outreach activities

Required Qualifications
✔ Strong understanding of IT, software services, and digital solutions
✔ Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
✔ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation
✔ Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to create clear marketing content for IT services
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
✔ Prior experience in software services, IT marketing, or startup environment is an advantage

Mandatory Requirements
🔹 Valid Passport is mandatory
🔹 Emirates ID is mandatory
🔹 Candidate must be available for an on-site role in Dubai
