Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues

• Work on new feature development and enhancement of existing applications

• Create and maintain technical documentation when required

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server

• Basic understanding of APIs, web services, and software development lifecycle

• Knowledge of Git and version control systems

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Freshers with internships, academic projects, or personal projects are encouraged to apply

• Experience with web development frameworks, cloud platforms, or modern development tools is a plus

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
