Accounting Administrative Assistant Full Time

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and general ledgers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, technicians, and service providers.
• Supervise workplace maintenance, repairs, and asset tracking.
• Draft professional business correspondence, emails, and internal memos.
• Organize company files, legal agreements, and administrative records.
• Maintain daily financial records and book-keeping.
• Prepare, process, and send client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify, record, and process vendor bills, payments, and employee expense reports.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing ledger balances.
• Coordinate with the senior finance team or auditors for tax filings and monthly closures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
