About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing IT sales team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets. Freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome, as complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and sales calls professionally.
Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Update call records and sales activities in the system.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to sales processes.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Previous telesales or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
