IT Infrastructure Specialist Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist with 2–5 years of proven experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, wireless technologies, endpoint management, and IT support operations. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, securing, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure across office and datacenter environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless networks, and enterprise firewall solutions such as Cisco and Sophos. The candidate must be capable of independently troubleshooting complex network and infrastructure issues and providing permanent solutions through proper root cause analysis.

This position requires practical experience in managing Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WDS, JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security solutions, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies. The candidate should have experience managing user identities, access controls, device compliance, patch management, and endpoint administration across both Windows and macOS environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining controller-based wireless infrastructure, monitoring network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring high availability and security of IT services. Strong hands-on experience in managing enterprise Wi-Fi environments, network segmentation, authentication mechanisms, and wireless troubleshooting is essential.

In addition to infrastructure responsibilities, the role requires providing L1/L2 technical support for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, printers, mobile devices, and business applications. Experience in handling IT asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking, hardware deployment, and end-user support is mandatory.

The candidate should also have hands-on experience managing CCTV systems, biometric devices, access control systems, door access solutions, and other physical security technologies. Exposure to datacenter operations, server room management, structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and infrastructure monitoring will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates with experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python, along with knowledge of security best practices, MFA, RBAC, compliance standards, and modern IT operations, will be preferred.
