Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instrument Technician role based in Nashik. The Instrument Technician will install, commission, and maintain field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level devices in industrial environments. The role includes performing routine calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure instruments operate within specified accuracy and safety standards. The technician will troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in coordination with supervisors and engineers. Daily tasks also involve reading and interpreting technical drawings, documenting service activities, and following workplace safety procedures and client-site protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and hands-on experience working with field instruments and control devices.
• Practical skills in Calibration and Preventive Maintenance to keep instruments accurate, reliable, and compliant with standards.
• Ability in Troubleshooting and Process Control to diagnose faults, support stable operations, and optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and use of test and measurement tools.
• Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Capability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and client teams on site.
• Willingness to work in field conditions, travel to client locations in and around Nashik, and support flexible schedules as required by projects.
