Job Description: Associate Creative Manager

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 3–4 Years managing creative teams
• Remuneration (CTC): Rs 6LPA

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Creative Lead to lead and elevate the creative direction at TWE. You will be responsible for driving innovative campaigns, leading multidisciplinary creative teams, and ensuring every project reflects bold storytelling and high-impact execution.

As the Associate Creative Lead, you will oversee ideation, branding, visual communication, campaign conceptualization, and creative production while collaborating closely with clients, content teams, influencers, and production units.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the Creative Vision: Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, branding, print, social) from brief to launch.
2. Be a “Player-Coach”: Actively design, write, or direct alongside the team. You aren’t just reviewing work; you are getting your hands dirty.
3. Client-Facing Partnership: Present concepts directly to clients, pitch new business, and translate client feedback into actionable creative direction.
4. Team Mentorship: Resource, manage, and inspire a small team of internal creatives (designers, copywriters) and a network of trusted freelancers and agencies.
5. Process Optimization: Establish and streamline creative workflows to keep projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality.
6. Production Coordination: Work closely with pre, production and post-production teams to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.
7. Trend & Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture, emerging formats, and digital innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
8. Quality Control: Review all creative assets before delivery to ensure excellence in storytelling, design, and execution.

What We’re Looking For

1. Technical Understanding: Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma.
2. Production Knowledge: A solid understanding of print production, digital development, and video/photo shoot direction.
3. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
4. Content & Creative Vision: Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, design aesthetics, and digital content trends.
5. Team Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas effectively.
7. Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital media ecosystems.
8. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, ownership mindset, and multitasking capabilities.
9. Agency Experience: Prior experience in creative agencies, branded content, advertising campaigns, or digital production is a major plus.
