🎯 What will you do?

You’ll be working on the core systems behind a platform that’s redefining how millions of Indians manage their money, with real-time applications, AI copilots, and blazing-fast apps.

You’ll have significant ownership across product and engineering, working directly with the CTO and founding team to take products from idea to scale.

We care less about rigid tech stacks and more about engineering depth, product thinking, and execution quality. You should be comfortable making architectural decisions, driving engineering best practices, and balancing speed with long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-quality Flutter applications across Android & iOS with strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers & Backend Engineers to create seamless product experiences.
• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, architecture, CI/CD, observability, and testing.
• Improve app performance, stability, responsiveness, and developer workflows.
• Participate actively in technical architecture discussions and help shape engineering direction.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews, debugging, and system thinking.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve engineering velocity and product quality.

🤩 You’ll be a great fit if you have

• 2–5 years of experience building and shipping consumer mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter-Dart with solid understanding of scalable mobile architecture.
• Strong understanding of app performance, state management, networking, debugging, and production monitoring.
• Ability to independently own and ship complex product features.
• Strong product thinking and attention to user experience.
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Strong understanding of app architecture and design systems.
