We’re Hiring Corporate Relations Specialist

We’re looking for a driven and confident Talent Partnerships Associate to join our Career Services & Placements team at SkilloVilla Technologies Private Limited.

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring partners, HRs, and companies to create placement opportunities for students while coordinating end-to-end hiring processes.

📍 Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (Work From Office)

📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Confidence in outreach and stakeholder management
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B sales, placements, or client management
• Target-driven and highly organized individuals
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, coordination, and multitasking Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Lusha, and email outreach tools is a plus
• Empathetic and student-first approach

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage hiring partnerships with companies, HRs, and hiring managers
• Drive outreach through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking
• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities between students and hiring partners
• Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and share feedback with students
• Maintain placement pipelines, trackers, and reports using CRM tools and Google Sheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement support and student success
