Amar Food Products is a frozen seafood company under Hiravati Group, with 50+ years of experience in the seafood industry and exporting to 20+ countries worldwide.
As we continue to scale, we are building a professionally managed organisation with strong systems, reporting discipline, process controls, and digital workflows and this role sits at the centre of that transformation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder’s role.
As our Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with the Managing Director to redesign how we operate — mapping processes, implementing digital tools, and driving accountability across every department. You will be the bridge between where we are today and the professionally structured organisation we are building for tomorrow.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Porbandar, Gujarat. We welcome applications from candidates outside Gujarat who are open to relocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Map and improve business processes across all departments
▸ Develop SOPs, process documentation, and responsibility matrices
▸ Establish KPI and reporting frameworks for every function
▸ Drive management reporting and MIS implementation across the group
▸ Build cross-functional workflows and structured approval systems
▸ Lead Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI initiatives
▸ Coordinate ERP readiness assessment and future implementation projects
▸ Strengthen internal controls, governance, and organisational accountability
▸ Work directly with senior leadership on strategic transformation priorities
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, exports, or industrial businesses
✔ Strong cross-functional understanding of operations, finance, and supply chain
✔ Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation, process improvement, or PMO functions
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem — SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate
✔ Ability to work across departments and lead change without direct authority
✔ Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
