About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, high-agency individuals who thrive in ambiguity and want to build something from the ground up. This is a generalist role where you’ll drive growth, own marketing strategy, and build brand systems that scale. You’ll work directly with the founding team and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we scale.
This isn’t a typical “manager” role – you’ll get your hands dirty crafting campaigns, talking to customers, testing messaging, and building new channels from scratch. What Falls Under Strategy & Marketing
The Strategy & Marketing function owns everything from building brand awareness to acquiring property owners and driving demand. This includes:
- Growth Marketing: Owner lead generation, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and campaign management
- Channel Partnerships: Working with brokers, real estate agents, and digital platforms to drive inbound leads
- Analytics & Insights: Tracking CAC, campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and using data to optimize marketing spend
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Managing communications across email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms for owner and tenant engagement
