Role Description The Head of Marketing and Public Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for leading the company’s marketing, branding, and communications strategy. This position oversees the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event-based initiatives that support demand generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning in global cybersecurity markets. The role includes managing public relations activities such as media outreach, press releases, thought leadership placement, speaking engagements, and crisis communications. The Head of Marketing and Public Relations will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, and service delivery teams to align marketing and PR efforts with business goals, key accounts, and target regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the marketing budget, guiding internal and external creative resources, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously refining strategy based on data and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing leadership skills, including Marketing Management and Market Planning, with experience designing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to understand target audiences, competitive landscapes, and cybersecurity industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales to build effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and sales enablement materials that support revenue growth.
• Public Relations expertise, including media relations, storytelling, reputation management, and coordination of press releases, interviews, and thought leadership.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or PR role within technology or cybersecurity (or related B2B services) is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling messages.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams, as well as working with agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
