Role Overview

We are hiring a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Intern/Associate who will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities, creating engaging content, generating leads, and supporting brand growth across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and basic designing or video editing abilities. Experience in creating UGC-style content will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Generate and nurture leads through various online channels
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms
• Create authentic UGC (User-Generated Content) style videos and marketing content
• Manage and optimize social media platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising initiatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to achieve business objectives

Compensation Structure

• Stipend during internship: As per market standards
• Performance-based incentives
• Earn up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance and results
• Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in Lucknow
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video editing tools is preferred
• Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, and UGC-style content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to generate leads and support business growth initiatives
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Previous internship or experience in digital marketing, content creation, video editing, or social media management is preferred but not mandatory
