Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction, ensuring timely completion of joining formalities and records.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, trackers, and MIS reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
- Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR-related coordination.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and timelines.
- Assist the HR team with audits, data reconciliation, and operational reporting as required.
