Retail assistant Full Time

Job Description: We’re seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales. Responsibilities: – Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries – Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock management – Assist with processing transactions, handling returns, and managing inventory – Support sales and promotions to meet business objectives – Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals – Participate in visual merchandising and store displays Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent required – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash – Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: – Previous retail experience – Familiarity with point-of-sale systems – Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles

Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹31,024.26 per month
