Logistics Executive (Import-Export)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive (Import-Export) to support our Purchase & Logistics Department. The role involves handling supply chain operations, shipment coordination, documentation, tracking, vendor communication, and logistics reporting.

Experience: Freshers, 06 months – 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support purchase and logistics operations.

• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.

• Prepare, submit, and maintain shipping documentation.

• Track shipments and ensure timely updates.

• Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and courier companies.

• Prepare logistics reports and maintain records.

• Handle additional logistics-related responsibilities as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Advanced Excel.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate – BBA (IB), BBM, B.Com, BA, or equivalent.
