Operation Team Leader Full Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent computer proficiency, operational management experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of all service assignments and patient care schedules.
• Track service delivery standards and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with nursing, caregiving, physiotherapy, doctors, and support teams.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the operations team.
• Conduct daily team briefings and operational reviews.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer & Service Management

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals when required.
• Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
• Track staff attendance, deployment, and service completion.
• Assist management in operational planning and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Technology & Systems

• Efficiently use computers, office software, and operational management systems.
• Manage data entry, reporting, scheduling, and communication platforms.
• Support implementation of new technologies and operational tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
