Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Operations Executive to oversee our daily warehouse activities. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain—managing everything from inventory tracking and billing to vendor communication and payment follow-ups. If you are a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Track and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods; conduct regular stock audits to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Billing & Documentation: Handle day-to-day invoicing/billing and issue necessary transit documents, including Waybills / e-Way Bills.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Supervise the physical receipt of incoming materials and coordinate timely, accurate dispatch of outgoing orders.
• Transporter Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for transport agencies, negotiate basic terms, and ensure timely vehicle placement.
• Receivables Follow-up: Coordinate with clients/sales teams to track outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive, daily log of total goods movement to ensure complete visibility of warehouse traffic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse operator, logistics executive, or inventory clerk.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Zoho) and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate with transporters and follow up on receivables.
• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics documentation, tax invoicing, and Waybill generation.
• Traits: High level of integrity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
