Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and efficient Receptionist who is proficient in computer operations and has basic knowledge of accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling petty cash, and supporting basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
· Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
· Maintain and manage petty cash records accurately
· Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice handling, and expense tracking
· Maintain records, files, and documentation
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Good computer handling skills and data management ability
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
