Position: HR & Admin Strategist

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Office Work

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Talent Acquisition

• Source and interview candidates for key roles using modern recruitment platforms.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with placement partners and recruitment agencies.

2. Employee Relations & Development

• Implement employee engagement programs to improve workplace morale.
• Create career growth and development opportunities for employees.
• Monitor employee performance and manage feedback processes.

3. Office Administration

• Supervise office facilities and vendor management.
• Maintain a professional, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment.
• Manage office supplies and resources efficiently.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update company policies as required.
• Handle internal communication regarding company policies and changes.

5. Administrative Strategy

• Develop strategies for office growth and operational optimization.
• Manage administrative budgets and cost control.
• Lead special projects to improve administrative workflows.

6. HR Technology Management

• Use HR software (HRMS and related tools) for efficient operations.
• Implement tools for employee feedback, learning, and productivity.
• Use data and analytics to improve HR decision-making.

7 Campus Recruitment

• Source different Universities from Ahmedabad and build long-term relationship with them for recruitment purposes.
• Visit different Universities and get the best talent out of them.
• Maintain relations with Placement Coordinators, Placement Heads, Student Heads for campus recruitment.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• MBA’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience of 1-2 years in HR, administration, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in an office environment.
