Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for operational and field-based positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

This role will primarily focus on hiring for positions such as Supervisors, Team Leads, Data Collectors, Operations Executives, Coordinators, Field Associates, and other workforce-related roles across various projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and field-based roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels.
• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct bulk and volume hiring campaigns as required by the business.

Screening & Selection

• Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operational teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and employment documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to joining.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including hiring targets, source effectiveness, and joining ratios.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support workforce planning and future hiring requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience. Freshers with excellent communication and sourcing skills may also apply.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in volume hiring, workforce recruitment, operations hiring, BPO hiring, or field workforce recruitment.
• Experience hiring Supervisors, Team Leads, Operations Executives, Coordinators, and field staff.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
• Experience handling recruitment targets and maintaining hiring pipelines.

WORKING HOURS

• 9-hour shift per day, including break time.
• 8 hours and 30 minutes of productive working time.
• 5 working days per week.
• Work-from-office role based in Nagpur.

Compensation
