Role Overview:
Drive business performance, lead teams, and execute strategic initiatives across the assigned zone to achieve sales, growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Plan & execute zonal business strategy with clear KPIs
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach & manage Area Coaches
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue, monitor performance & optimize targets
- Market Insights: Analyze trends, competition & opportunities
- Financials: Manage budgets, costs & profitability
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong customer & partner relationships
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure policy adherence & performance tracking
- Operations: Resolve challenges & improve efficiency continuously

Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduation, MBA will be preferred
- Experience: 5–7 years (4+ yrs in retail chains)
- Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management
- Other: Willingness to travel | Languages: English, Hindi + local
