About the Role

Nordrux is seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Administrator to support our growing logistics and transportation operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.

Candidates with exposure to the Canadian logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry will be given preference.

Work From Home Requirements

• Dedicated and professional home workspace

• Ability to work during Toronto business hours (night shift in India)
• Willingness to support occasional on-call requirements and weekend work when necessary
• Dual-monitor setup is preferred and may become a requirement as the role evolves

Responsibilities

• Schedule and book appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Manage email communications and follow-ups
• Review operational reports and identify discrepancies
• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Assist with administrative and operational coordination tasks
• Support internal teams with day-to-day operational activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, logistics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based applications
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, dispatching, or customer support operations is an asset
• Exposure to Canadian business operations is considered a strong advantage

Compensation & Growth

• Starting salary: Approximately ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
• Six-month probation period
• Performance-based salary review upon successful completion of probation
