Applications are invited for the position of Hostel Incharge for Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels.

Position: Hostel Incharge
Vacancies:

• Male Hostel Incharge – 03 Positions
• Female Hostel Incharge – 03 Positions

Location: Patna, Bihar

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of hostel operations and administration
• Ensure discipline, safety, and security of students
• Monitor student attendance and hostel activities
• Coordinate with administration and support staff
• Address student concerns and grievances
• Maintain hostel records, inventory, and reports
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities
• Handle emergencies and communicate with parents when required

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate preferred)
• Experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or residential facility management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Freshers with good administrative and management skills may also apply

Salary: As per qualification and experience
