What You Will Do

• Ideation & Validation: Research the competitive landscape, partner with industry analysts like Gartner, and validate product ideas through direct client interactions.
• Design Thinking: Use Design Thinking principles to create intuitive wireframes and workflows that resonate with client needs.
• Build & Deliver: Collaborate with data and product engineering teams to build robust end-to-end data pipelines — turning innovation into reality.
• Inception to Adoption: Partner with the customer success team to drive initial implementations, adoption, and utilisation.
• Feedback-Driven Excellence: Continuously gather client and prospect feedback to refine roadmap priorities and optimise product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate from IIT / NIT / BITS Pilani or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Lead, preferably in Healthcare Insurance
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of network adequacy and provider network components (PCPs, specialists, hospitals) is a strong plus
