• Sales Volume: Achieve 100% of monthly sales target

• New Outlet Activation: Add X new retailers every month.
• Retailer Billing: Ensure >80% of mapped retailers are actively billed

each month.

• Channel Growth: Increase average sales value per retailer by 10%

• Influencer Database: Build a validated database of 100+ tiling

masons/contractors by getting them registered on ExpertsClub app

Internal Process

• Call Productivity: Complete a minimum of 12 retailer visits per day
• Lead Generation: Generate 10 qualified site leads per week for the

• Order Management: Ensure zero lost sales due to order processing
