• Work closely with teachers to ensure smooth class execution and classroom operations.
• Ensure all required materials and resources are prepared before each class.
• Support classroom management and assist children during activities and transitions.
• Maintain classroom readiness and a positive learning environment.
• Observe classes and provide structured feedback to teachers based on Openhouse guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum, class flow, and quality standards.
• Identify challenges and collaborate with the Cluster Head to implement improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents within the assigned apartment community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled and prospective parents.
• Communicate class schedules, teacher availability, fee details, make-up classes, and program updates.
• Address parent queries, concerns, and onboarding requirements.
• Drive revenue growth within the assigned apartment community.
• Ensure high parent retention through regular engagement and relationship building.
• Engage with new families and introduce Openhouse programs to prospective parents.
• Drive enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits, schedules, and pricing.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and drop-offs.
• Support batch planning and maximize program capacity utilization.
• Coordinate schedules between teachers, parents, and apartment management.
• Manage attendance, make-up classes, and operational coordination.
• Share regular updates on enrollments, revenue, operations, and parent feedback with the Cluster Head.
