Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator & Admin. The individual will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, developing engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness, and interacting with online communities. Additional responsibilities include analytics tracking and reporting, managing social media calendars, and ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals. The role involves creative storytelling while adhering to brand guidelines and fostering a positive public image.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and management, including proficiency in writing, graphic design tools, and video editing
• Understanding of Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Audience Engagement trends
• Skills in Analytics Tools and Metrics Tracking to measure content performance
• Strong Communication and Time Management abilities to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices, particularly in social media advertising
• Experience in Customer Support and Community Management to interact with audiences in a professional manner
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar software
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or energy sector is a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
