Performance Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Community & Social Media Management

• Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms.
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

• Identify and build relationships with brands, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate cross-promotional campaigns and collaboration opportunities.
• Assist in negotiating and executing partnership agreements.

Events & Activations

• Plan and execute outdoor events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Represent the brand at events and engage with customers and stakeholders
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
• Understanding of digital and performance marketing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and activations when required.
