Digital Marketing Trainee-Solar EPC Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Trainee – Solar EPC. The trainee will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, and the company website. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content creation, basic graphic briefs, posting and scheduling, keyword research, and performance tracking using analytics tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather project information, creating marketing assets that highlight solar EPC solutions, and helping maintain a consistent digital brand presence. The trainee will also support market research, competitor analysis, and reporting to optimize campaigns and learn best practices in digital marketing within the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications

• Foundational digital marketing skills, including familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
• Ability to create and adapt marketing content for online channels, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort with data and analytics, including using basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to track campaign performance.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in solar energy, renewable power, or EPC services, with a willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; exposure to design tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
