Executive Production (Tetra) Full Time

Role : – Smooth Operation & Maintenance of all Tetra Lines during the shift and Implementation of production plan

Responsibility – To ensure smooth operation of all Tetra Lines and proper maintenance of Tetra Lines on the basis of W.C.M & daily check

Tor report day to day production details to head of the department

Maintenance of all necessary records related with production

Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Maintenance of Tetra Machines.

To attend the on line break-downs

Implementation of spare parts management

Co-ordination with quality & utility

Maintain the production records..

To provide defect free finished goods as perQA standards and line requirement.

Ensuring efficient and safe running of all machinery/equipments.

Ensure personnel hygiene and good housekeeping.

To minimize the losses / wastages and to reduce downtime.

To maintain the production records .

Ensuring SAP and PMS entries on time

Trouble shooting problems in Tetrapak filling and DE equipments.

To plan preventive maintenance and TPMS

To control spare inventory
